Shuttle to/from Venue

SHUTTLE PICK UP TIMES: PLEASE BE AT THE PICK UP LOCATION AHEAD OF SCHEDULE THEY WILL NOT WAIT -Hyatt Place (4:20-4:25 PM) -The Pines (4:30-4:35 PM) -Keystone Lodge (4:35-4:40 PM) SHUTTLES FROM THE RANCH: -9:30-9:45 PM -10:30-10:45 PM Shuttle will take guests staying at Keystone Lodge, Hyatt Place Keystone, and The Pines to/from the ceremony and reception. At the Lodge pick up will be in front in the bus lane, at the Hyatt the bus cannot enter the parking lot so pick up will be at the top of the street (see map at top of page). At The Pines pick up will be in the central bus pick up area in the parking lot. For those staying at other locations that wish to take the shuttle from the Lodge & Spa: Parking is available across the street at the Lakeside Village Conference / Lodge and Spa parking lot. Parking is free for lodging guests with a parking pass provided at check-in; fee may apply for non-lodging guests. “On-call” shuttles are available by calling the Keystone Dispatch line at 970.496.4200. Guests can expect wait times of 15+ minutes while drivers are out on scheduled routes.
