Airports and Transportation to Napa Valley
For those of you who are flying in to celebrate with us, the closest airports are San Francisco International (75 miles) and Oakland International (65 miles). They both take about an hour and a half to get to Napa Valley via car, depending on traffic. We recommended renting a car from the airport, as Napa Valley isn't very public transport friendly. However, Uber, Lyft and taxis are available in the area. There aren't any easily accessible public transportation options from Oakland or San Francisco to Napa Valley, though private transfers/shuttles are available. Please let us know if you need help or advice with transport and lodging. We recommend the following hotels because of their proximity and convenience to Auberge du Soleil, our wedding venue.
