October 2020: the launch of our relationship on social media. We had been dating about 3 weeks at this point. This was during the best birthday weekend of my life, made possible by Jacob and Martha.

April 2021: Our first Easter together. We made a roasted chicken at mine and Martha’s apartment and hosted a bunch of friends over. The first of our many holiday hostings.

May 2021: the height of the pandemic and our first trip to Nashville. Little did we know a year and a half later we’d end up moving here together.

May 2021: Anna’s first time getting to see Liam Purcell and Cane Mill Road perform at the World Famous Station Inn. It was a memory we will both cherish forever.

November 2021: the cowardly Lion and Tin Man for our niece Caroline’s costume birthday party

December 2021: our first family Christmas picture featuring the star of the show, Garfield.

February 2022: our first time at Disney together

September 2023: our 2nd anniversary

December 2022: all packed up and moving our lives to Nashville

January 2023: our first night out on the town in Nashville, we saw Brooks & Dunn and the Zac Brown Band at the Nashville New Years Eve festivities

January 2023: the day we adopted our Joe dog, the very best day

August 8, 2023: the day Jacob asked Anna to be his wife

September 2023: our 3rd anniversary, which we called our “last dating anniversary” even though it wasn’t. And the server gave us free champagne to toast our recent engagement.
