Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on the terrace of the Civil War Museum. In the case of rain, the ceremony will take place inside the Museum. The reception will be indoors. Both venues are wheelchair accessible.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We kindly request you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We love our photographer and know you will too! We will share our photographers work on social media after the wedding.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code? Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We would love to see our family & friends get all dress up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. Wear whatever color you would like but please do not wear colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc).
