It was the weekend after Thanksgiving... the world of online dating worked it's charm, matching Ramya and Amit. Amit messaged Ramya on hinge and the rest was history. They soon found themselves at Mañana Coffee on their first date in downtown Austin on a warm November Sunday. Amit made his way to Portland with Ramya at the beginning of July, eager to experience Ramya's hometown tales firsthand. While Ramya was busy reminiscing and sharing her cherished spots with Amit, little did she realize he had a special plan in the works and was in cahoots with her parents on it. On July 2nd, they dressed up for what seemed like a simple family dinner on the Vancouver waterfront. But... as they posed for pictures against the serene backdrop, Amit took a moment to kneel, asking Ramya the question that would change their lives forever.
