This is the closest accommodation to the venue. Only a 13 minute drive from the venue. Located in Sisters, Oregon, just on the edge of town. A room block has been coordinated for our guests. The earlier you book, the better.

Eagle Crest Resort
This is the one of the other closest accommodations to the venue. We recommend considering a room at the Lodge or a Vacation Rental based off of your party size. Eagle Crest resort is an 11-15 minute drive from the venue and a 20 minute drive from the airport. Located 10-15 minutes from downtown Redmond.

Stunning scenery for hiking. You can choose a mild walk along the dirt path beside the river or choose to conquer Misery Ridge. Keep an eye out for wildlife and bring a water bottle.
Sisters Coffee Company
Allison has been drinking coffee from Sisters Coffee since it was actually hot chocolate from the small cabin that smelled like fresh roasting coffee. Now she goes there for great espresso and yummy marionberry scones.

Is there a dress code?

Dress code is cocktail. Please dress up, but keep in mind that this is an outdoor venue in Oregon in Fall. It will get cool in the evening.

Yes, but please keep an eye on your children to ensure they don't run off into the woods.

Best Western in Sisters or Eagle Crest near Redmond. Bend also has a lot of other options, but will increase your travel time. We recommend you stay in Sisters or Redmond if you can.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes. Please plan to arrive to the venue between 12:30-1:00pm. You will be directed to the parking area.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 1:00pm to the parking area. This will allow time for all guests to be transported to the ceremony location. All guests should be seated by 1:20pm.

What will the weather be like?

It could be beautiful and 75 with a slight breeze or... snow. It's the high desert of Oregon and Fall weather can be anything, we recommend you look at the forecast for Sisters, Oregon prior to packing for the trip if travelling in from out of town. But don't let the weather discourage your party spirit, we have schemed up ways to keep you warm in case it gets chilly.
