West Mountain Inn outdoor grounds. Rain Plan: Ceremony will take place inside the on-site barn.

Where is the reception?

West Mountain Inn Barn The reception will take place in the on-site barn, just a stroll away from the ceremony.

Where is the farewell brunch?

West Mountain Inn outdoor patio. Rain Plan: Farewell Brunch will be inside the Inn.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you do not take have your phone out during the official ceremony. We have a professional photographer covering these moments and would prefer if there weren't Iphones being held up in the photos. Live in the moment! Feel free to take photos during cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be a shuttle transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Shuttle busses will be making loops to the designated pick-up hotels to bring guests to the venue and taking them back following the event. See our Hotels & Lodgings section for shuttle pick up locations. Hotels currently TBD.

Will shuttles be provided for the welcome dinner and farewell brunch?

Answer

Shuttles will only be provided on the day of the ceremony, Saturday, May 22, 2021.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Either! Though we would prefer if you RSVP'd to all three events online (welcome dinner, wedding, farewell brunch).

You should RSVP as soon as possible but TBD at the latest.
