For the nature lovers, or people just trying to get outdoors, Rockefeller State Park is not far from Tarrytown and offers some nice scenery.

Rockefeller State Park Preserve

This coffee shop is along the main stretch of town, which is worth perusing. We love coffee and dogs, so this is a great mashup of both things.

We absolutely love this place. Their hummus and Greek salad are probably the best around.
