What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony officially starts at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15 - 30 minutes earlier in order to get seated.

Yes! There is lots of free parking out in front.

How do I get to the ceremony once I parked?

Answer

As you walk towards the main clubhouse of the golf course, there is a pathway on the right that leads to the ceremony. Do not go through the main entrance.

Yes, please let your server know when they come to take your order.

When does the cocktail hour and the reception actually start?

Answer

The cocktail hour is scheduled to start at 6 PM and the reception starts at 7 PM.
