Question

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Sunday, August 13, 2023.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 4 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire (think midi or maxi length dresses for women, suits for men). For more information on the dress code, visit the following website: https://www.theknot.com/content/formal-wedding-attire

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking on property. There are Ubers/Lyfts in town, and the venue does allow you to park overnight if needed.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle transporting guests. If you are interested in using the shuttle, you will be asked to indicate this when you RSVP. The shuttle will pick up guests at 3:30 pm and will transport guests to the wedding. The shuttle will also pick up guests from the wedding at 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, please plan accordingly. The following events, including cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will be in the reception hall.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to constraints of our venue and caterers, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} and Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

What if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. Our venue requires us to provide exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible!
