WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Evan and I first met at a mutual friend's birthday brunch get together. We didn't think much of it as we were with different significant others at the time. I just remember Evan intimidated me with his big burly beard that went down his chest, and for Evan, he says it was my big... "heart" that captured his attention (winky face)! Everyone exchanged socials before we left the brunch and it wasn't until years later, after our own personal challenges and self development, that we reconnected. We found common ground on sharing past situations and how life has made us stronger and how those things grew us closer to God. Evan asked me to dinner and later that evening we attended the Dreyfoos School of the Arts' (we love you Ms. Bennett!) annual Christmas concert. We held hands during the entire concert, moved by the holiday spirit and the performers' talent. From there... we've pretty much been inseparable! There's just something so amazing about being able to connect with someone on a deeper level and who truly understands you at your core. We thank God every day for blessing us with each other and want to live a life that fulfills the purpose God has for us on this earth. It's hard to believe that at some point we will be separated ('till death do we part), but knowing there is eternity in Heaven for those who believe, I'm encouraged to know Evan and I will be together for eternity.
