Please see below for information on hotels and lodging. We will be having a shuttle service the day of the event picking guests up from the Courtyard by Marriott and will drop them off after the event. Here is the shuttle schedule: Premier Plus Tours 3:45 pm 1st Pickup at the Marriott *Continuous loop with the last drop off at 4:45 pm 10:15 pickup at the Erlowest to go back to the Marriott *Continuous loop with last drop-off at 11:15 pm *If you are not staying at the Marriott you are still able to take the shuttle. The shuttle will just be doing the pickups and drop-offs at the Marriott. If you are staying at the Sagamore Resort they have their own shuttle service through the resort. Please work with them directly on this.

If you chose to not use the room block there is no minimum stay.

Albany International Airport is an hour drive to Lake George. This is the closest airport to the venue.
