What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal attire, no jeans please! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up. We kindly ask that you do not wear colors reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, or creams.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Only if they were included on your invitation. We ask that you please be mindful during the ceremony and other quiet moments, and if necessary, exit the space with your child to minimize disruptions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras.) We have hired professionals to capture the moment for us, and we will share the photos as soon as we have them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you would like, and make sure to share them using our wedding hashtag! (#SetInStone1216) Thank you in advance for being fully present with us as we say "I do."

What are parking options and cost?

Answer

If you are staying at the Omni Severin, valet parking is the only parking option. It is $48 for overnight parking, with the ability to come and go. It is $32 for daily valet parking at the Omni Severin. Other parking options include garage and some surface lot parking in the area. Sun Moon Parking Garage is likely the most inexpensive option at $7 for 0-2 hours.

Can I check into my room before the ceremony?

Answer

Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to contact the hotel to arrange early check-in, or request the bellman hold your bags at the front desk until after the ceremony.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will be marked as no. We will miss celebrating with you, however we have to provide final guest counts to vendors within the time they have given us to do so. Thank you for understanding.

When should we arrive?

Answer

We advise you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the wedding in order to provide ample time to park (and walk, if necessary). We will be starting promptly at 3:30 p.m., so please be courteous and mindful as you plan your travel.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both take place at the Omni Severin.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be offering beer and wine throughout the evening. Anything outside of beer and wine will be available for purchase, and starting at 9:30 p.m. the entirety of the bar will be cash only, including beer and wine.

Answer

Please RSVP by November 16, 2023.
