Question

Where can I park, and where do I go when I arrive?

Answer

Complimentary parking is located in the parking garage across from the venue off Aragon Drive. Follow the sidewalk along Tarragona Drive to the venue at the end of the circle drive. Park in the garage and not the streets to avoid towing. Upon entering the circle drive located on Tarragona Drive, follow the stairs down to the chapel located along the water.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting a Black-Tie optional dress code for our wedding. We ask men to wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie, and women to wear a long evening gown, mid-length, or knee-length cocktail dress. We can't wait to see everyone get dressed up!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive no later than 4:45 PM - 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. This allows you time to park, sign our guestbook, and find your seat. Guests arriving after the start of the ceremony will not be able to be seated and will have to wait outside until cocktail hour to enter.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras) and have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. We can't wait to say our I do's with our guests fully present. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our Zola website before April 5, 2025. Details are listed on wedding invitation suites. We need to provide the total guest count to the venue in a timely manner, so if we do not receive your RSVP back before April 5, 2025, it will be marked as a "No." We hope that you can understand that they cannot accept late RSVP's after this deadline!

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to the limited capacity. We can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Aside from a few immediate family members listed on invitations, we kindly ask that no children attend. Our wedding and reception is an adult-only event. Thank you for understanding and we hope that you enjoy the night!

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Smoking is strictly prohibited at the venue. Use of tobacco, cigarettes, or vaping in or outside of the venue is subject to a fine per occurrence.
