Hotel
We are looking for a minimum 10 rooms to be filled at Sunshine Suites. Guests can book via email through ssr.reservations@pyramidglobal.com or via phone through +1 (345) 814-1717. They just have to mention the wedding block name for Adam and Susie. We like this spot because you can use all the five star amenities (pool, beach chairs, towels, gym) at their sister property The Westin which is just across the street. It's much cheaper than the big resorts and you get to enjoy all the beach front amenities on the best part of the island. It's also walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Discounted costs below, includes rate + tax/fees: per night Studio (1 King): $268.00 USD Deluxe (Two Queen Beds): $305.20 USD The Suite (1 King + 1 Pullout Couch): $305.20 USD

Rental Car
There are plenty of options for rental cars at the airport, we found budget to be the least expensive with good service. There are several other places on 7 mile if you only wanted to rent for a day or two to explore the island. Just remember to do research on driving on the opposite side of the road and opt in for the full insurance so you are not liable for the car.
Travel Note
Currency: Cayman has their own currency, however they accept all US currency. $1 Cayman Islands dollar equals $1.25 US. Passports: Passports are required when entering the Cayman Islands from another country. Be sure to review entry requirements from the Department of Immigration. Drinking Laws: The legal drinking age is 18 in Grand Cayman. Alcohol is only sold at liquor stores and not in grocery stores, everyday except Sundays. A great way to save money is to pack a cooler bag and a beach blanket and BYOB when you go to the beach. There are no alcohol rules on 7 mile beach other than not littering. Water: The tap water in the Cayman Islands is safe to drink. Electricity: Same as in the US; no converters needed.
