The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm, but you can arrive as soon as 3:00 pm! You can find more information about the location of the venue on the schedule tab of this website.
Masks are encouraged, but not required. Only the vendors will be required to wear masks and gloves. If you are feeling ill, we just ask that you stay home for the safety of all other guests.
As of right now, our wedding date has not been affected by COVID-19. However, with the constant updates, we are preparing for the possibility of changes. If we are forced to postpone or make alterations to our big day, this website will be the first place we update before doing our best to communicate directly with each of you.
Our contract with the venue requires us to make sure that we keep our wedding alcohol and smoke-free. Unfortunately, we did not have it in our budget to pay for a venue approved bartender who must be present to serve alcohol or have alcohol on the premises. We ask that you kindly respect the venue's policy and refrain from bringing either to the location.
We are registered with Amazon. You can access our registry here on our website under the registry tab. At the top of the page, you will find some opportunities to help us fund our big day through Zola cash funds. You can find specific items on our Amazon Registry linked below the Zola cash funds for your convenience. Unfortunately, the link to our Amazon registry is not very obvious, so please feel free to reach out to us if you cannot find it or have difficulty navigating the page.
As of right now, we plan to have our ceremony outside and our reception inside, so please make sure you are prepared for the weather. If the weather is too bad, we do have a rain plan to hold to the ceremony inside. Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the same location.
While there is no official dress code, please keep in mind that the weather can range from warm to cool here in early November. Just be sure you check the weather to ensure you are comfortable since we do plan to have an outdoor ceremony. Ladies, the good news is that our outdoor ceremony site at the venue is made of turf, so you don't have to worry about your heels.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ACoupleOfCarrillos so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
Of course, we'll miss your presence on our big day, but please let us know as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend. You can send in your RSVP response to us via mail or under our RSVP tab on this website when we open it. If you know before then that you will not be able to attend, please don't hesitate to email us to let us know.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. At this time our wedding is RSVP only, so if your invitation says “and guest,” then you are welcome to bring one. This is because we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation
Kids are welcome at both the ceremony and the reception. We just ask that you keep an eye on the little ones to ensure their safety throughout the night.
