Abril and Adam met on the first day of college. Adam had just moved into dorm 816, and Abril into 817. As cliche as it sounds, Abril and Adam clicked instantly. They realized they had the same class schedule, so they walked to class together every day, which quickly turned into eating lunch at the dining hall after class, and then hanging out in the dorms. Abril and Adam started dating on November 9th of 2019, and went on their first official date on November 22nd - the night before Adam ran his first half marathon!

Abril and Adam got engaged on November 6th, three days before their 6th anniversary as a couple. Months of planning and preparation culminated into a special moment in Rittenhouse Square, the area where they celebrated their first Valentine's Day. After several excited phone calls to family and friends, Abril and Adam headed to one of their favorite restaurants in the city to cap off the exciting day!
