A wonderful organization that aims to protect the ocean through science and advocacy, the Pacific Whale Foundation (PWF) is dedicated to saving the world’s whales from extinction. They offer several different ocean excursions -- from snorkeling to whale watching -- and many of their tours leave from the harbor in nearby Lahaina.

Front Street is a historic landmark in Maui and is home to countless shops and restaurants. Enjoy a stroll along the water and check out Banyan Tree Park, home to one of the largest and oldest banyan trees in Hawaii. Also, if you're a classic rock fan, go your own way to Fleetwood's! As the name suggests it is owned by the iconic Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac.
