What time should I get to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:30, as the action starts promptly at 5:00.

What should I wear?

Answer

The event is black tie optional. If you have a tux, wear it! Dark suits are awesome too. Let's dress up and be merry in the canyon and look good doing it. Show off your sparkliest and most glamorous outfit sitting in the back of your closet.

Where can I park at the wedding?

Answer

There will be plenty of free parking at the venue, but we ask that no one drinks and drives. The venue is letting guests leave their car overnight in the lot to prevent this and car pickup is within a reasonable time the next day. We recommend not driving and scheduling an Uber or Lyft pickup at 11 pm! The venue also has WiFi and confirmed that Ubers and Lyfts from Boulder can both pick up/ drop off both to and from the reception. The venue is 10 minutes from Boulder and is an easy ride.

Will food allergies be accomodated?

Yes! Please reach out to Stacey or Aaron so we can make sure our caterer knows about your plate.

What if it rains or snows?

Oh, how fun! We have contingency plans in place in case of inclement weather, but are looking forward to doing our ceremony outside even if there's a little drizzle. Please check the weather and plan for the variable Colorado weather accordingly!
