A Woodstock wedding that’s uniquely yours.

Our main ballroom provides dining space for up to 120 Buffet Style or Table Service guests for the reception and when it’s time to let loose, our dance floor opens with plenty of room to groove. Sip libations from our fully stocked 25-foot long mahogany bar while enjoying your wedding band live on our historic stage—you can even jam out with your own band for a truly extraordinary experience.

Prices are the same year-round. The only timing price differences are between Weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and Weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).

Yes, there are two lots for self-parking nearby.

Located in world-famous Woodstock, the Colony is just two hours north of NYC, a convenient one-hour drive from Albany International Airport or Stewart International Airport. You can reach our venue by bus, private car or taxi.

No, our venue is fully insured.

No outside alcohol. However, if there is a special expensive bottle of champagne or wine that has been saved for a long time for this special event, then we will consider it. Please ask the Wedding Coordinator of the venue.

Yes, all doors are accessible to wheelchairs. We also have ramps at the side entrance and hearing-impaired fire alarm lights.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens

Your reservation starts at noon until 1 am, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. 20% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, including the signing of the contract. Additional 40% due 6 months in advance. Final 40% due two weeks before the big day.
