Hey there! I’m Kat, an emotive and conceptual photographer, melding candid, fine art, and photojournalist styles. One of the biggest joys I get out of photography is the magic of the moments themselves. To be able to present those moments to the clients, to treasure forever –especially if they didn’t even notice I caught it– brings a huge smile to my face. I pour my energy into making it the best experience I can for my clients. Sessions are about the experience, photos are just the icing on top! I strongly believe in the photos not looking forced, but the client doing what comes naturally to them. I want you to be yourself and have fun.

Clients are never just a number to me. Each client that I work with becomes a friend. I offer gender-neutral contracts, I’m inclusive, I’m one of the LGBTQ+, and I strongly believe in diversity and that everyone is beautiful as they are, no matter what perceived “flaws” they may have. From consultation to post-production, I make sure you are an integral part of the process. When it comes to your photos –I don’t outsource, I do it myself. With that, I want to make sure that we click! I invite you to either a Zoom, or to meet up get to know one another, to make sure we’re a good fit before contracts are signed.

Kat is an awesome photographer and super easy to work with. I have always been extremely uncomfortable in front of a camera but Kat was super helpful and made our engagement session super comfortable for me. She took the time to talk with us both about what we wanted for our engagement shoot, let us choose a location, helped us with ideas, and gave us direction when needed during the shoot so the photos came out great. It was actually really difficult choosing our final photos because we loved them all so much!! Would highly recommend Kat, especially for folks who are nervous in front of a camera.

Kat is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She's an absolute sweetheart and is very good at her job. She handles everything life throws at her with grace and ease. During my engagement session with her in Old City, Philly, most gardens she had chosen for us were closed so we improvised a few spots and everything still turned out great. Including the photos that I wanted to keep, she let us have most of the outtakes as well. Which included one of me accidentally running into a holly bush.
