I've been married 16 years to my husband Matt. We have 4 kids Espen, Guinevere, Finley, Maverick and a german shepherd named Nova. We are originally from Michigan and now live in the lone star state of Texas but I will always be a Michigan girl at heart. I've been taking pictures for 12 years but took a break when my youngest was born because...mom life. If you've made it this far, let's do the dang thing!

Okay, ya'll! Couples and engagements are so fun! I'm here to tell you that couples need to take more photos together than just their wedding and engagement OK! Couples evolve and grow and your photos should display that. Do you love to hike? Bring me and my camera along as your third wheel LOL! Have a fun ice cream date night in mind? I love ice cream and can capture the fun you have on your date night.

    I am so glad we chose Ashley as our wedding photographer! She made us feel so comfortable at our engagement photos, we had so much fun and I loved all the creative poses she had that turned out SO well in the final images. I booked a bridals session with her as well, and she absolutely nailed my vision for the editorial studio look. I have never felt so beautiful in my LIFE than when I got those pics back - and the commenters on Facebook felt the same lol! But on the wedding day, she was amazing. She was everywhere at once, I was surprised at how many angles and moments she captured when going through our final gallery because I didn't even remember seeing her most of the time. She was super professional and helped things go smoothly when I started to get stressed out, as well as knew where to go at the venue for best lighting (which showed out beautifully in our photos!!!). I've been so overwhelmed trying to decide which photos to post because I love all of them. I HIGHLY recommend booking Ashley for your wedding day!!!

    Ashley was absolutely amazing! She takes high quality photos that are absolutely gorgeous! She did our engagement photos, as well as our wedding photos. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable and everything was so natural. I cannot recommend her enough! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!

    We would like to recommend Ashley VanderTol for this award. She was extreamly easy to work with. She made me and my bride feel at ease during the whole wedding day. She was also very quick with taking photos. We never felt like there was any waisted time. She also got us our preview and bulk photos very quickly. We had another photographer booked before we booked Ashely and had a number of different issues to the point we had to let that photographer go. Ashely was recommened to us from a friend of ours and we could not have been happier with this turn of events. Personable, professional and above and beyond our expectations is what Ashely brought to us.
