The Manor provides two areas for a spectacular reception - an elegant setting with windows on several sides of the main ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests or a tented reception on our lush landscaped grounds accommodating up to 250 guests. You may arrive four hours before your ceremony and get ready in our spacious bridal party suites. Hosting only one wedding a day, we pay special care and attention to every detail, making the wedding planning process stress-free and the event flawless for you and your guests.

Weddings at Reid Castle are truly special and memorable events. When you have your wedding here, all the Shakespearean décor rooms on the first floor will be yours to use as you wish. Our glorious garden terraces and patio that adorn the castle are also open to you and your guests. As our special guest, we only host one reception per day, which means you and your bridal party can arrive early to get dressed, take some pre-wedding photos, or simply relax for a while before the excitement begins.

Rowsley, the home of the Scarsdale Woman’s Club, is available for rentals. The beautiful house, gracious interior and stunning grounds are an ideal location for the celebration of special events; weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries. HISTORY OF ROWSLEY The Scarsdale Woman's Club is headquartered in Rowsley, a 19th century manor house, set on almost four acres amid magnificent trees and plantings. The house was built in 1858 by William Bailey Lang, an English iron merchant. He fashioned it after a property in Derbyshire, England. Among the notable plantings on the site are the 470-year-old white oak tree and the massive rhododendron, both in the front of the property. Rowsley was named an Historic Landmark by the Village of Scarsdale in 1968, and in 2008, it was designated by the nation as a site on its National Register of Historic Places.
