The art of our fine Italian baking comes from our family business that started in Caserta, Italy, almost a century ago. Our grandparents came with treasured baking recipes to the united states, settling in Brooklyn, NY, and opening Premiata Pastry. The tradition remains with us, from generation to generation.

Sugar Crystles is a wedding confectionery company in New Milford, CT. This budding bakery is owned and run by me, Crystle, and I am industry professional with years of cake-making in my repertoire. Using my skills, I do my best to craft stunning wedding cakes and delectable desserts that will have you and your guests wanting more. I create a variety of desserts and cakes for any special occasion with various techniques. From icing-covered sugar cookies to a variety of desserts for a buffet, I do it all. What started as a small at home cookie business during college in 2012, has now flourished into a successful storefront in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Since 2015 we have been creating desserts to help you celebrate every special occasion! Even the Just Because occasions as well. We are conveniently located in Fishkill, NY, near 84 and Route 9 making it easy to get to from anywhere in the Hudson Valley.

Baked in Color launched in 2016, a female owned and operated company, and we have been providing SMILES ever since. Why eat a boring cookie when you can have one Baked in Color!?! Our desserts are the perfect compliment to weddings, one of life's most happy occasions.

Steph here! Hi! I love creating edible art! I found my passion with cake over 17 years ago when I became a new mom and wanted to make a special 1st Birthday cake for my son. A few years later I was asked to make my very first wedding cake and I haven't put my spatula down since! My passion is creating 3D, Gravity Defying Designs, Realism and working with fresh flowers on blank slates of buttercream or fondant (Marshmallow) to create stunning one of a kind designs!

Our small batch boutique style bakery brings taste and design together to make your day special. Custom desserts made to highlight the couples vision is what we do best. We can create any dessert spread you desire! Everything is made by hand including our french macarons, cake and cupcake fillings (no jelly here!), and ganaches. We don't buy pre made batters, crusts, fillings or anything else.
