“I was so thrilled to have found DJ Kash to help make our Sangeet a memorable experience for everyone! I found him through instagram, as one of the premier South Asian DJ's in the triangle area, and after listening to his sets, I knew he would be the perfect fit for our event. We reached out, and within a few weeks, we had a signed contract, he had added at my request, a Dholi and I felt that he would deliver even though we'd booked him over a year in advance. Kashif is professional, fun, and can read a crowd and vibe incredibly well. He blended western music with Bollywood hits and for our Sangeet he played a live, mixed set which was DOPE. Everyone loved the music and would not get off the dance floor. Additionally, he was incredibly flexible- I had literally no direction for him (mostly because I trusted him) and he was able to accommodate last minute requests without complaints. And thank you Kashif, for encouraging me to keep the Dholi, because between the two of you, the event was more memorable than I could have imagined. Kashif made the space beautiful with his uplighting, which was a welcome addition to his standard cost, and set up and tore down with no issue in a very busy downtown Raleigh venue. “Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.”

Lucia is professional, fast to respond to emails and texts, helpful with decisions, accommodating to any requests, concerns, and excited to give advice. Duncan and I really wanted our photographer to capture our true emotion and to get candids of us, and Lucia DID THAT! The day felt blissful and a key point for us was that we got to enjoy the day without it feeling solely like a photoshoot which I think speaks to Lucias talent and confidence in her craft. She was good at giving guiding advice for posing without us feeling posed. I put together a Pinterest board and shot list which she really did a great job pulling inspiration from. The photos are stunning and the exact style we envisioned. Also, our sneak peak was huge and she got them to us very fast. “We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!”
