Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. Pine Knob Mansion is situated on an elegant estate in the woodlands of Clarkston, Michigan. Built in 1927, this chic building has a more contemporary style. It has a granite-topped bar, both white and dark wood columns and crystal chandeliers. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view of the golf course. The Carriage House is our larger venue hosting up to 280 guests with it's own covered outdoor pavilion perfect for your ceremony, cocktail hour, or outdoor dancing.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. The Corner Ballpark, also known as the "Willie Horton Field of Dreams at The Corner Ballpark", is a multi-purpose sports stadium located in the Corktown neighborhood of Detroit. Built on the former site of Tiger Stadium the indoor opened in 2018 and is the home of the Detroit Police Athletic League. Our banquet facility is available for all kinds of events! The Willie Horton Field of Dreams and the Hank Greenberg Concourse are also available for rentals.

We are currently accepting requests through December 2025 for events on the Promenade and 32nd Floor. As a Downtown Detroit Landmark, the Guardian offers premier event space to host a variety of gatherings. This unique venue provides a beautiful backdrop to any event. It is guaranteed to exceed your expectations and impress your guests. The Guardian Building opened in 1929 as the Union Trust Building. This 486 feet, 40-floor building is made of almost 2 million custom “Guardian Bricks” and is sure to leave a lasting impression on everyone that attends your event. The amazing five-story Michigan Mural was created by Ezra Winter, and the Tiffany Clock provides a great background for photo opportunities on the Promenade.

The Detroit Princess has been entertaining Detroit in its current location since 2005, docked just downriver from Hart Plaza, but it has quite an interesting history prior to that. It was originally named the Players Riverboat Casino II and was built in Jennings, Louisiana in 1993. It ran as a Merv Griffin establishment for a number of years, located on the Mississippi River in Metropolis, Illinois. Whether booking for 1 or 1000, CJC Cruises and the Detroit Princess can make every occasion a special occasion. We host weddings, corporate events, family reunions, holiday parties, birthdays, and so much more every cruise season.

Plan your wedding on the charming grounds or in the historic 1845 New School church. With exclusive use of Mill Race Village, your wedding can be held any time of the year. In the Church or outside in the gazebo, weather permitting, your ceremony will be a memorable event in this picturesque Victorian setting. A Village Representative will be with you during your event to open and close the church and to keep the public off the grounds of the Village while your wedding is in progress, ensuring your privacy. Couples must provide their own clergy or officiant to perform their ceremony. Decorating the wedding site and clean up of the site is the responsibility of the couple. If you're planning an outdoor event for your wedding the Church is available for use in case of inclement weather.
