All cakes and pastries are made from quality ingredients, whole butter and rich flavorings. Our cakes and pastries are baked to order and are layered with fresh custards, mousses, creams and fruits. Customers may order from our menu selections or we can create signature flavor combinations for your special event.

Hello there! My name is Kenyetta Ross, it all started on April 20th, 2013. Just days before my son's second birthday, my aunt who was supposed to make his birthday cake fell ill. I didn't panic. I got busy in the kitchen and created a cake that looked like a huge two-scoop ice cream cone. I followed a recipe I found on a cone-shaped pan that I discovered at a baking supply store. I got an order for another cake that same day. That was the start of a side business that became my main business!

Zingerman’s Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery with a baking school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We started 30 years ago as a simple bread bakery with a single customer, Zingerman’s Delicatessen. Today we make bread, pastries, cakes, lunch items (and so much more!) that we proudly serve to guests in our bustling shop, our Zingerman’s partner businesses, the southeastern Michigan community and beyond.

I loved them! 1st birthday turned into 2nd then 3rd birthday then cookies for family and friends. After 6 years, from the help of so many family and friends I decided to start BeistCookies. I love seeing customers faces when they see their vision come to life.
