“Jaida was very kind throughout the whole process. She implemented an idea where we could get a picture with every guest on the staircase on their way to the buffet, which was great! There were pictures that I would have liked to be taken from a different angle (exit pictures and pj pics were very zoomed in) and different lighting (I am blonde and got washed out in pictures with my bridesmaids) but some of the pictures still turned out nice. There were some locations at the venue we didn’t get any pictures that I wish I would have provided more direction on. I asked to take some pictures outside even though it was cold and those turned out beautiful! Thankful she was willing to go out in the cold because those were the best pictures from the wedding! She was great at telling us which poses to do and making us feel comfortable. Overall Jaida was very kind and we have some nice pictures from our wedding!”

From ideation to execution, Red Maple Catering delivered stunning & delicious food & truly went above & beyond to bring our food dreams to life. We made the decision early on to elope in Argentina but knew we wanted our reception back home to be filled with the foods we loved from our past trip to South America & foods we love at home. In an exploratory call with Red Maple Catering, I briefly explained our food vision, my dietary restrictions, & our drink preferences. The menu ideas that were delivered back to us were so imaginative & creative. Everything was considered & they were even thoughtful enough to provide us with mocktail options to accommodate our drink preferences. We were invited to a tasting, which was such a fun & special experience. Chef was so eager to receive our feedback & make changes in order to make sure we were happy. We had calls with multiple other catering companies & no one delivered thoughtful menu options like Red Maple Catering. Red Maple not only understood the vision but was quick to give additional personalization suggestions to make the foods feel special & unique to us like branding our hot dog buns for our late night snack. Red Maple Catering was also so understanding of our budget & really worked with us to make sure we could have the food we wanted, feed everyone enough, & properly staff our event. They were flexible & informative on how we could still work together at mutually beneficial price point & gave me great direction & ideas on where to order extra items needed like fun boxes for our late night snacks, our branding tool, & additional ingredients for some of our drinks. The night of our event was seamless & we got so many incredible compliments about the food. Everything was so delicious & our only complaint was that there was nothing left for us to take back to the hotel to eat after, ha! “I can't explain how happy we were with Lizzie... the photos she took were absolutely beautiful. I was really impressed that she listened to exactly what we wanted - we definitely didn't want these fake posed photos you often see from weddings and she was perfect at fulfilling that and producing the most natural collection of memories. She really hung back in the background so you never felt you have a camera in your face all day and yet the final results were breathtaking. I haven't had the time to print them yet but I can't wait to have a collage up in the house. We were super impressed by the speed of receiving them all after the day too - within 3-4 weeks max we had already gotten the collection and I must admit I cried when receiving them since they are so beautiful! Sometimes I have some memory issues due to my health and having our wedding day documented so thoroughly and beautifully I can look back anytime and be reminded of how perfect that day was so I am so grateful. Honestly I would recommend Lizzie to anyone. If you are already looking into her site and wondering out of all of the people out there, whether she would be the right photographer for you... just go for it and it will be the best decision you make, I assure you.”

“Autumn was super easy to work with, and incredibly helpful! I reached out initially and received a very prompt response. She had great ideas to help me with budget. TBH, I was thinking I would DIY before reaching out to her and a couple other vendors. Her proposal was great, we tweaked it and it came together perfectly! On our day, my bridal bouquet was exquisite! The flowers were stunning!!!! We also had a small bouquet for my step daughter, boutonnières, a low lush sweetheart table with extras, compotes and bud vases for the reception tables, and cake flowers for the tiered cake. I am probably forgetting other details… She did set up and tear down. And also noteworthy, we had a couple of surprise venue requirements that were not clear to me in advance, and she handled those like a champ!”

The desserts tasted amazing and were perfectly displayed. Everyone at the wedding loved them. The chocolate mousse and banana pudding went the fastest for sure! From start to finish the process with ravishing desserts was amazing. We did a tasting, got to take extras from the tasting home, and she even accommodated my gluten intolerance with gluten free options for some of our desserts! The guest couldn’t tell the difference. She also gave us the cutest little gift with champagne and snacks/goodies! Highly recommend!”
