I was diagnosed with celiac in 2019, and since then I have been on a mission to create delicious gluten (and sometimes dairy) free options for all occasions. Not only are my treat super tasty, I also have a passion for making beautiful baked goods that that are on par with every other bakery.

During your tasting you will meet with one of our designers who will personally help you to create the wedding sweets of your dreams.

Try Pie is a social enterprise that uses employment as an opportunity to engage and equip young women for their futures. We believe in using work as a tool for equipping our teens and strengthening our community. Try Pie would love to cater pies for your next event!

Hello and Welcome to The Bun Bar! I’m Savannah, the creator, and brains behind the buns. Before you order our sweet and savory buns for your next event, let me tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and a recent grad of the University of Iowa. My love for all things food doesn’t have a starting point, it has always been part of my life. I started The Bun Bar in hopes of sharing my love of baking with others. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing happy customers and bringing people together to enjoy a sweet treat!
