Words cannot describe this magical venue- you have to see it to believe it! It's literally breathtaking. The staff were amazing from the early communication to my day of event manager (the two ladies helped me A LOT!). Amanda was someone who I worked with on my multiple visits and she is an absolute gem! The staff helped make my vision a reality and even a month later, people are still raving about our wedding. The venue is so gorgeous (think double deck cabin style) that it needs minimalist decor (they even have a rental room you can use for the decor) because the scenery is more than enough for pictures. The layout of your event is very up to you with multiple options for where you would want the ceremony to be held. I loved using the patio for the ceremony (gorgeous trees as the backdrop), then held the reception inside (main level with bar deck), and had the dancing back out on the patio (the staff cleared the space but left chairs and benches along the outer rim). The nearby fire pit was perfect for a s'mores station and the side of the building has a nice grassy lawn where guests also enjoyed corn hole. The bridal suite is of good size with a full bathroom and a private deck (my ladies and I enjoyed our morning to the fullest), and then there are two other smaller suites (we did groom suite and the other room was to co-mingle). The staff let me plan multiple week day visits prior to my official planning meeting so that I could get measurements for things, scope out the layout and really get my vision put together on my time. My family and friends all loved staying in the treehouses (what a cool experience itself!). The bar is included with the venue (AMAZING packages with more options included in each than I have seen anywhere else- even with the basic package) so I just had to focus on the decor and the food (catering and desserts). You do only get the venue the day-of unless you luck out and pay for early set-up the day prior (I got lucky with my Saturday wedding and was able to come in Friday to decorate but they are normally booked with Friday weddings). Lots of parking made it convenient for guests. I included multiple photos (credit to Travis Lontoc) to help give an idea of the space and how we used it.

Hotel Cleveland was an incredible venue for our Friday night welcome event, room block, and after party. From the start, the staff was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and productive in working with us to plan our special weekend. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the renovations are stunning, with a unique and upscale aesthetic that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. When we encountered an issue with our original event space, the team quickly recalibrated and moved us to another gorgeous area of the hotel, ensuring our welcome event went off without a hitch. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive throughout the entire event, as well as our guests in the room block. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, unique, and updated venue to host our guests across the wedding weekend. This venue is unreal. The rooftop is just so cool and unique and the views are incredible. The fourth floor reception space was beautiful as well. So many of our guests told us how much they loved the vibe of the venue. There are so many beautiful photo locations throughout the building inside and outside. Tracey was amazing to work with - it was so clear she knew what she was doing and I never had to stress at all. The midges came out the week of our October wedding so we had to make a decision about the rooftop, but Tracey was so helpful and luckily we were able to do rooftop ceremony and serve cocktail hour food and drinks on the fourth floor. It is so cool that the rooftop stays open all night - our guests loved it! Also, the bar staff was incredible and the drinks were amazing! The bride and groom suites were so convenient too. It was so nice for our bridal parties to hang out there all morning and made clean up so easy and flexible.

first off, I want to say the team at Sun Valley is amazing. They were always so fast to answer all of my questions (and trust me I had plenty). They are kind, fun, and passionate about what they do. The grounds are beautiful. Every single person I encountered through Sun Valley was so kind, making sure everything was perfect and seeing if there was absolutely anything we needed/if there was anything they could do to make the whole experience better. Once it all came together, it couldn’t have been a more beautiful venue. The ponds are stunning and being able to have the ceremony there was absolutely amazing. The inside is so spacious and even with everyone in the building, it never felt crowded or “full”, but it also didn’t look empty. The tile wall behind where the head table goes is stunning. It comes out so well in pictures. Some of the decor didn’t go with our style and they were totally okay with us putting anything that didn’t go in the storage room for the night. I received so many compliments on how it is the most beautiful venue they’ve ever seen. Things I’d like to mention is: there are bed and breakfasts kind of close by, but only hold ?60 people. The closest hotel is a Marriott and it’s 20 minutes away and they only have 1 shuttle that holds 11 people. There isn’t great service out there so Ubers weren’t super easy to get so we rented shuttles. All worked out totally fine, but just something to keep in mind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Sun Valley: the look of the ceremony/cocktail hour and reception, the people (literally everyone that works there: AMAZING), the catering options (we chose A Taste of Excellence which we also HIGHLY recommend because wow), the whole experience. I am so beyond thrilled and couldn’t imagine my day anywhere else. I am so thankful for everyone there and had so much fun with them, they were some of my favorite people there. but seriously, I am so happy with my choice of Sun Valley and highly highly recommend!!!! Thank you Sun Valley for making our day so special

We had our wedding reception at St. Clair Ballroom in July 2024 (about 200 guests) and it was everything we could have hoped for! We loved working with Carla, she does an amazing job and was there for us every step of the way. We received so many compliments on the food and service. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The elegant style and windows looking out over downtown gives the room a more elevated feel compared to most of the other ballrooms we visited. We can’t recommend St. Clair Ballroom enough!

I cannot express how much I appreciate Sharyn. Very responsive and helpful. Kingsville Lodge is clean, well maintained and stocked for your needs, more private & intimate for your event and still has something for everyone, including the kids and kids at heart. We purchased the wedding weekend package and got so much more than just a regular venue for 6 hours. My Blue Crew and I decorated Friday, held a Saturday morning wedding (Shayrn even sent her assistant out to help set up the heavy things morning of), and we were able to enjoy the day with our family and friends for the reception as long as we wanted without a hard “time’s up.” This is the place and way to go to really have a relaxed, wonderful event you and your guests can enjoy.

We absolutely loved our wedding venue at both the Chapel and Hotel for Grand Pacific Junction. The two venue coordinators, Jessica and Erinn, were very knowledgeable and helped keep the event running smoothly. They went above and beyond with various scheduling and logistic challenges among our vendors. The space in the hotel itself was beautiful and required very little decorations to bring it to life. There were two restrooms downstairs and one upstairs. For our 100ish person wedding, I was worried bathrooms would be a logistic issue, but it was not! The bar was our favorite part of the venue with its vintage style and wide layout, so bar lines were never a problem. Every one of their recommended vendors exceeded our expectations. If I were to give advice to another couple looking to book Grand Pacific Junction, my only suggestion is keep in mind you likely won't have access earlier than the contracted time period, so adjust accordingly and keep your decorations simple, or better yet hire or appoint someone to do them! Decorations took longer than expected, and it altered the photography timeline which wasn't a big deal, but do keep it in mind. Thanks again to Jessica and Erinn for keeping everything running smoothly in the background and making sure my husband and I were truly hands off and enjoying ourselves the entire evening.

Hale Farm and Village was everything I could have dreamed of for our special day and more. The beautiful site was unique and every guest raved over the location. Even with the rain, it was stunning. Our wedding was on 9/28/24 so the property was open to the public during the day, but not very busy. We used the east side of the property and it was beyond picture perfect. The pavilion set the most perfect vibes for our reception, and the area behind the Herrick House was a dream come true for our ceremony. My husband and I did a first look and private vows in front of the yellow house, and were able to take photos on the entire property. It was MAGICAL to say the least. But this review is mostly for the AMAZING Miss Dotty. About two months before my wedding, I was notified that the person I had been in contact with and had been planning with was no longer with HF. Obviously, I was stressed and nervous to say the least. But once Dotty was brought on, and after one meeting with her my fears subsided. This amazing person did EVERYTHING in her power to help me achieve the wedding of my dreams. She came up with solutions to any issues, she offered ideas and thoughts for any question I had. This woman worked her butt off the day of my wedding!! With the change in staffing, and promises made from the prior, Dotty went above and beyond to make things happen. She also had a second wedding on the west side of the property the same day, and Dotty seemed to always be around when I needed something. When my ceremony was 45 minutes late... no fault of HF or Dotty (family drama)... and I was on the verge of a breakdown, Dotty came over to me and asked "you want to hear a funny story?" and continued to tell me something funny to distract me, and make me laugh. She made sure I wasn't too shiny from the stress sweat, and helped get things back on track. At one point she had the help of a young man named Alex (I hope that's right) who was just as kind and helpful as she was. Both helped with set up, and tear down. Alex helped fluff my dress before I walked at the ceremony as Dotty was closing and opening the entrance doors for me. They both seemed to make sure that everything could go as best as it could. I know for a fact this day would not have happened, and would not have been as amazing as it was, if not for Dotty. She is a superhero. Hale Farm and Village was truly a dream come true venue for us and our special day. But Dotty was a rock star and I am forever grateful for her, her hard work, and her kindness from the moment I met her. Thank you!!!

Whitehall Columbia was the perfect venue for our wedding! The communication with their event coordinator, Julia, was always easy, fast, and professional which made the wedding planning and day everything we have always wanted. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, and classy - perfect for a wedding. The chapel has gorgeous chandeliers, massive windows, and great natural light. Their staff was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day. I cannot thank Julia enough. Without her, the whole wedding wouldn’t have been exactly what we dreamed of. My husband and I have talked about the day over and over again. Nothing could’ve been better. For the quality of the venue and service, Whitehall Columbia offered insane value. Really could not be any better. We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue that has it all.
