That's what got me so interested in this craft. From the time I bought my first camera and took my first shots, to now, each time I am amazed at how creative it can be. I dove right into portrait and event-style photography as this is where my passion lies.

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Michigan. I spend majority of my time outdoors. I have a puppy named Dallas and a cat named Lilly! They are my world. I am a yoga and tea lover. Favorite spot to be is in the UP, the smell of the pines and scenery of Lake MI captivates me. Photographer during the day and star gazer at night. I was about sixteen years old I was gifted a camera, and that quickly became a part of me.When I was just out of high school I met and fell in love with my best friend, we were married a year and a half later. We quickly began a family, because not only did I have a passion for photography, I also so badly, with all of my being wanted to be a mom.

I adore working with couples and capturing their wedding days! I've photographed over one hundred couples the last seven years and it's my absolute passion. I have found that each event I have photographed has presented a unique moment in time; a child eyeing the wedding cake, a groom tearing up when he sees his bride for the first time, or other candid moments. My style is traditional/classical and I tend to shy away from photographic techniques which are trendy and will not stand the test of time. I fell in love with photography in high school and started my business after high school. I have been a photographer for 8 years and a wedding photographer for 5. Photos are memories paused in time and memories are so important to me. I absolutely love looking at old photographs and being brought back to that moment in time.
