The Lakefront Pavilion, BoatHouse Villa and the all new Bay Pointe Woods, are each exceptionally designed and comfortable event spaces. As a flexible all-season, venue, our events and banquet teams specialize in vibrant spring weddings, lavish summer ceremonies, twilight autumn weddings and indoor winter weddings where up to 300 guests are warmed by a floor to ceiling fireplace. Each of our unique venue spaces has been designed to ensure a successful event by enjoying a variety of event styles and effortless entertaining with family and friends.

We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly, we began adding amenities to the property. In 2020 one of our daughters got engaged. As she began looking for a venue to host her wedding we came to realize that the perfect spot was right in front of us. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work to create a beautiful wedding venue. There are many opportunities on the property for one of a kind pictures. There are two picturesque options in front of the lake for the service and a new reception building that can seat up to 200 guests. With a 5 acre campus larger weddings can be accommodated with tent rental.

Step back in time and celebrate your love in the romantic setting of our historic Victorian church, c.1906. You will love the Vintage look! The two 12 foot tall original stained glass windows are gorgeous. Decorated with white silk flower arrangements and antique furnishings, this is a unique and beautiful alternative to an empty hall, banquet room or your Aunt Lucy's backyard. Uniting happy couples since 2011, Celebrations is affordable. Wedding packages range from $300 to $800 for up to 50 guests. And the Officiant is included! With our 36 page 'Ceremony Builder' you can create a personalized ceremony that perfectly expresses your beliefs and love. Receptions are available also. Everyone is welcome. Zingerman's Cornman Farms is a multi-award winning wedding venue, culinary destination and picturesque farm nestled in the countryside outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. With sprawling fields, lush gardens and historic buildings set on 27 acres of pastoral beauty, our estate offers a warm and inspiring atmosphere for celebrations of all kinds. Our venues offer both bespoke and all-inclusive wedding packages for 2 to 75 guests. To make each couples’ vision a reality, our professional team of event producers will work closely alongside the couples throughout the planning process. Our in-house catering team is led by Cornman Farms' executive chef and co-owner, Kieron Hales. Chef Kieron's posts have included the three star Paul Bocuse in France and Dal Pescatore in Italy, as well as cooking for the British Royal family and three U.S. Presidents.

Stone Chalet is a great place to have and to hold your wedding, reception and rehearsal dinner. When you rent the entire facility you'll have complete privacy and connection with your closest family and friends. Stone Chalet is only available for weddings under 100. The spaces at Stone Chalet are very flexible and each wedding party has shown us how creative people can be with the use of all the spaces. Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. Red Ribbon Hall is a historic landmark building located in the heart of Eaton Rapids! Dating back to 1878, the building was affiliated with the "Red Ribbon Movement". The interior has recently undergone some refreshing renovations to help bring a modern feel to the historic building. There are three different areas available for utilization: the upstairs, downstairs, and an outside location. The upstairs houses a theater styled hall, a bridal suite, a grooms room, and two restrooms. The theater styled hall consists of a stage lining the back wall and elevated theater style seating along the side walls. The downstairs houses male & female restrooms, a kitchen available for catering, and a reception hall. Round tables and chairs are provided along with their set up and tear down. There is also an outside location available upon request. An individual will be on-site for supervision. If you are looking for a modern/historical aesthetic, then Red Ribbon Hall is the place you need!

Welcome to the Villa on Verona, a historic Italianate style villa built in the 1860's. The estate has been newly decorated and furnished, with five luxurious and beautifully appointed guest rooms, as well as Bride and Groom's quarters. Inside the Villa, elegance and charm set the stage for a grand wedding weekend. This destination immerses you in rich history while maintaining the comfort of modern living. The Villa provides the perfect resort feel, with the personal touch of our service. Your event manager will ensure that the final details of your weekend run smoothly, so you are free to focus on your big day. Located at the intersection of Interstate 69 and 94 in Marshall, Michigan, connecting Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Chicago and beyond.

Hamilton Lake's Cold Springs evolved from a 1870 farm purchase by Simpson Watkins. By 1885, Watkins Grove hosted picnics, leading to a hotel (1898), dance hall, and early 1900s recreation. Cold Springs Cottage Park, platted in 1896, grew significantly, with a unique leasing system. Sundays featured bands and speakers. Visitors arrived by train. A larger hotel opened in 1914, and the dance hall became a central draw with live music. A beach area developed later. The hotel prospered through the 20th century, adding a bar and modernizing. An 18-hole golf course was built. Dancing remained popular with big bands, later transitioning to rock. Today, Cold Springs offers a hotel, dining, bar, beach, golf, cottages, and retro dances, still family-run after five generations.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
