Brittani was great on the day of the wedding! She was able to guide others and keep things organized. As the bride I did not know if/when things are going wrong which is the sign of a good coordinator. It was also reasonably priced, and she included a second person for the day of which was a great help for setup/teardown. Downsides were that the portal that Brittani used for payment and other information was kind of a mess and did not work for us outright multiple times, which she acknowledged she would be switching from. As a note there were some of the specifics that we thought would be covered in which we had to do ourselves (modifying and sending our allergy list with our caterer). Overall Brittani has a great can do spunky Texas attitude and I’m glad we trusted her with our day!

I literally could not have gotten through our big day without Chelsea. From planning/timelines, to decor execution, vendor communication, I just literally have so much I could say about how beautifully it all came together. My caterer showed up with the wrong amount of food (didn’t use the finalized contract) and our security guard no showed us meaning no alcohol until we got someone there. Chelsea was right in there with everyone else calling and trying to get it figured out. Do not hesitate in using her as your planner or coordinator! It’s one of the most important decisions you make!

My wedding took place at the Amala Sanctuary (formerly Sanctuary Event Space) in Austin, TX on October 17, 2025. We were very fortunate that the 3 of Cups team is very familiar with this venue and has hosted numerous weddings there. The team knows the ins and outs and has a great relationship with venue management, making communication a breeze. I wanted a magical, enchanting, celestial themed wedding with various crystals as decor and the team delivered exactly what I asked for. It turned out lovely and beautiful! Jessica and Katrina were there to answer my questions by email anytime I needed. 3 of Cups has a very organized and efficient way of doing things and their google doc spreadsheets are thorough and a lifesaver. There are so many fine-tuned details about things you could fail to think of, that’s why 3 of Cups is a must. They delivered task-related timelines to keep me on track, took an inventory of all my decor, and worked with my vendors to create a seamless timeline. Jessica is who I met with for all my planning meetings and each meeting she was friendly, informative, and professional. My favorite part of my wedding day was being given the time to enjoy mingling with my guests and the ceremony itself. I can’t stress enough how valuable the 3 of Cups team is and how smooth they helped the wedding day go. It wouldn’t have been such a wonderful day without them. Jessica, Katrina, and Carly kept all the parts moving, made sure my husband and I ate haha, and kept everything on schedule all with positive attitudes. Katrina bustled my dress for me and Jessica saved the day with a tide pen when we discovered I got a cut on my arm and bled on my dress! The best money that was spent throughout wedding planning was on this incredible coordinating team. I would recommend them to any bride in Austin and especially if you’re booking Amala Sanctuary. In addition to coordinating, I booked a DJ through the 3 of Cups team and had a great experience. Everything was played on cue and it sounded great.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Ash and Mukul at Cherry Bird events. They helped me plan a party for my sister's 30th birthday and worked closely and diligently with us throughout the entire process. From finding a venue to coming up with logistics for the day of, working with the DJ and venue teams to get a projector and photo wall. Even small things like helping put together centerpieces, Ash and Mukul did it all. And they did a phenomenal job of helping us put together a party that was not only gorgeous, but within our budget. The Cherry Bird team was just such a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process, and on the day of, were so on top of things! By the time I would realize I wanted or needed something, I saw that Ash and Mukul had already taken care of it! Having them oversee this event was such a blessing. The process was seamless, well thought out, and both Ash and Mukul have such a calming presence that we would also start to calm down. After we chose our venue, I didn’t feel like I was going to need full wedding planning services that come with a coordinator that is involved from day 1 as our venue dictated food, beverage and rentals through their own vendors. I knew I wanted something more than a “day of” planner and after some research I stumbled across Wedding Day Girl. Our wedding day girl, Kylie, was absolutely incredible. We first met her in person when she came to our final meeting with our venue (about 6 weeks prior to the wedding) and I was blown away by her. She was ON IT. She contacted all of our vendors : hair and makeup, florals, band, cake etc prior to the wedding, kept me up to date on vendor payments, planned out the perfect schedule for the day of and was always available and ready to help or answer questions. She came to the rehearsal to facilitate the walk through making sure everything was in place and everyone knew when to walk down the aisle, where to stand and where to sit. On the day of our wedding, she was there making sure everything ran smoothly. She set up the tables how I wanted them, kept us on time, helped me change into my reception dress, moved furniture around, moved florals where they should be, packed up the bridal lounge and moved things into our suite so we didn’t have to worry about anything after our send off. Our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without Kylie. She’s the best and I can’t say enough good things about her and the service provided by Wedding Day Girl.
