We recently went to our first wine-and-paint date night here and had a blast!

We've been planning to get a cat since we moved in together. After the wedding, we'll be paying a visit to the local animal shelter and will hopefully find ours! This will go towards adoption fees, medical expenses, pet insurance, and a cat tower! (or just some toys)

because car camping allows for a little luxury and Corrine doesn't want to blow up her own sleeping pad anymore (she can barely inflate a balloon).

Protip: when baking zucchini bread for guests, make sure to sift the baking powder so that they don't bite into it and go "Mmughh what is that bitter stuff?" (Yes, this happened. No, it was not Corrine.)

We were originally going to take this trip for our honeymoon, but decided to postpone it to when we'll have more time i.e. after Corrine gets her Ph.D. and before our eventual relocation for work. We hope to travel back to the place we first met in 2015 (Budapest, Hungary) along with other cities in eastern Europe. This fund will help cover airfare, accommodations, and other associated expenses.

If you don't already know, Corrine loves theater. She studied acting and playwriting, among a myriad of other things, in college, and one of her favorite things to do is see a play. $50 gets us round-trip train tickets to NYC, and theater tickets can be anywhere from $40 - $100 (we still haven't seen Hamilton because those are $250 apiece!)

We've taken two cross-country road trips so far: one in 2016 from CA to NY to move Luke out to grad school, and one in 2017 from PA to CA and back again to visit national parks and pop in on Joel's graduation party. It's something we really enjoy, so we'll be doing one for our honeymoon! We plan to camp in the Grand Tetons and the Dakotas. Buy us a meal ($30) and we'll send you a picture of our food! Buy us a stay at a campsite ($50) and we'll send you a postcard too! :-)
