Welcome to Zola Honeymoons. We’re excited to help you plan this one-of-a-kind lifetime experience! Zola, Inc. (“Zola”, “we”, “us” or “our”) has built a network of travel agents (“Agents”) and we look forward to connecting you with the right Agent to help you plan and book your itinerary. For the avoidance of doubt, these Zola Honeymoons Terms and Conditions are governed by and hereby incorporate Zola’s Terms of Use. Any terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Zola Terms of Use. To the extent any conflict exists between the terms set forth in the Zola Honeymoons Terms and Conditions and the terms set forth in Zola’s Terms of Use, the Zola Honeymoons Terms and Conditions shall control. You warrant that you are a U.S. resident and at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Zola Honeymoons Terms and Conditions. You warrant that all information supplied by you (including regarding other persons) or by members of your household is true and accurate. Zola may update these Zola Honeymoons Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion and will post an updated version at the URL provided above.

AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS:

We always do our best to make sure we connect you with satisfactory Agents that have relationships with reputable sellers of travel-related goods and services, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, and activities (“Suppliers”). However, Zola and its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns do not own or operate any entity which provides travel planning services (such as Agents) or any entity which sells travel-related goods and services (such as Suppliers) for your trip. Any bookings that you make with or through any Agents and their Suppliers will be subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by such Agents and/or Suppliers as made available by or through them. Please read any such applicable additional terms and conditions carefully. Any violation of any such Agents’ or Suppliers’ terms and conditions may result in cancellation of your booking(s) with or through them, in your being denied access to accommodations or activities, and/or in your forfeiting any monies paid for such booking(s). Agents and their Suppliers may reserve the right to refuse goods or services to travelers at their sole discretion. You acknowledge that Zola is not a party to these bookings, and Zola assumes no liability for the acts of any Agent or Supplier in refusing such goods or services.

CONNECTIONS:

Zola provides a platform and related services on and through which you and an Agent may communicate to plan and book your itinerary. You authorize Zola to contact Agents on your behalf in order to connect you with an Agent. Zola acts as an intermediary only. In using Zola’s platform and Zola’s honeymoon and travel-related services, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) Zola does not and will not endorse any Agent or any such Agent’s or Supplier’s goods or services (whether or not we connect you with any Agents, or facilitate communications between you and any Agents and their Suppliers); (ii) Zola is not responsible for assisting you reach an agreement with any Agents or their Suppliers; (iii) Zola is not responsible for assisting Agents in their provision of travel planning services or related support services or any Agents’ Suppliers in their provision of travel goods and services; (iv) while Agents and their Suppliers should provide you and us with accurate information, Zola cannot and will not verify this information; (v) any transactions that you enter into with any Agents or their Suppliers is strictly between you and the Agents and/or Suppliers, and Zola is not a party to any such transactions (whether or not Zola connects you with such Agents and/or Suppliers or facilitates communications between you and any Agents and/or their Suppliers); (vi) Zola makes no guarantees or promises with respect to successful transactions between you and any Agents and their Suppliers; and (vii) any disputes you may have with any Agents and their Suppliers is between you and those Agents and their Suppliers, and we will not be a party to such disputes. Agents and their Suppliers are independent from Zola, and Zola does not own, operate, manage or control these Agents or Suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions. All such persons and entities are independent contractors and are in no way affiliated to Zola or any of Zola’s affiliated entities. We have no responsibility for either Agents’ or Suppliers’ goods or services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standards.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION:

Zola has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that you have the required travel documents, including passports and visas, related to any travel that you book through or with any Agent or Supplier. You are responsible for confirming with the applicable government agency of the country to which you are traveling the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. Please also check your passport expiration date -- if your passport expires within six (6) months of the date of entry, certain countries will not admit you. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

We advise you to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations. Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations may be found at sites such as http://www.state.gov, http://www.tsa.gov, http://www.dot.gov, http://www.faa.gov, http://www.cdc.gov, and http://www.cbp.gov. Conditions can change quickly at any time. It is your responsibility to check and stay apprised of any relevant government travel advisories for your intended destination, such as may be made available at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html.

It is your responsibility to make certain that you meet all health entry requirements, have the proper immunizations and required documentation of such immunizations before travel, and make the necessary accommodation for security rules imposed by government authorities. It is your responsibility to take all recommended medication and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip. Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. You may check the USA State Department Web site http://travel.state.gov, for relevant information relating to travel to specific destinations, and the USA Centers for Disease Control http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ relating to health issues.Most countries reserve the right to disinsect aircraft if there is a perceived threat to public health, agriculture or environment. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization have approved the following disinsection procedures: (1) spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosolized insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) treat the aircraft's interior surfaces with a residual insecticide while passengers are not on board. BY PROVIDING YOU WITH ZOLA’S PLATFORM AND ZOLA’S HONEYMOON-RELATED SERVICES, ZOLA DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO ANY AREAS BOOKED THROUGH AGENTS YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THROUGH ZOLA’S PLATFORM AND SERVICES IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND ZOLA IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Please review Zola’s Privacy Policy to understand how information about users of the Services is collected, used and shared. By using Zola’s platform and honeymoon-related services, you are authorizing us to disclose to Agents and/or their Suppliers the information required for you and they to plan, book, and deliver your travel to complete the booking and deliver the related travel. These Agents and Suppliers are not controlled by Zola and personal information disclosed to them is subject to the applicable Agents’ and Suppliers’ privacy policies and security practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Agents to whom you are connected through Zola, as well as the privacy policies of such Agents’ Suppliers.
