Healthy Breakfast Ideas For Any Day Of The Week

A new work week means a fresh start, and with the weather warming up, we’re going back to our New Year’s resolution to eat healthier. Here are 5 healthy breakfast ideas we’ve been meaning to cook. Try them with us!

Chia Pudding
This is a breakfast option that you can easily make the night before. Just add milk – regular, almond, or coconut will do – to a few tablespoons of chia seeds and store it in your fridge overnight. The seeds will absorb the milk while you’re sleeping, and you can enjoy your pudding the next morning. Add fresh or dried fruit for some flare, and try this Banana Nut Chia Seed Breakfast by The Lean Clean Eating Machine.

Poached Egg Avo Toast
We know avocado toast has become a trend of sorts on Instagram, but regardless, we can’t get enough. Packed with healthy fats and nutrients, you’ll kickstart your morning in the best way possible. Add a poached egg for protein and sprinkle some salt + pepper flakes for extra flavor like Pinch of Yum does.

Banana & Almond Butter Toast

For the fastest breakfast, try toast with almond butter and bananas. You’ll get a boost of protein + potassium without sacrificing time.

All Green Smoothie
Another quick option is a breakfast smoothie – perfect if you only have a few minutes, need to eat on-the-go, or want to use up any extra fruits and veggies you have in the fridge. There are a ton of smoothie recipes out there, but we’re loving this green one by Vitamix. Use your S30 Personal Blender for the best results!

Ten Minute Mango Pancakes
Have a sweet tooth? Try a healthier alternative to pancakes to kickoff your morning routine. Deliciously Ella has an easy recipe for mango flapjacks that we can’t wait to try.
