Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Your reservation includes 4 hours for the guest-facing time, plus one hour to set up.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If an event is canceled, the following policy will apply. Cancellation Fees: 24hrs or less - 100% of the food and beverage minimum 1-3 days prior to the event date – 50% of total estimated charges (including food, beverage, tax, and service). 4-10 days prior to the event date – 25% of total estimated charges (including food, beverage, and tax). 10+ days – No penalty applied.* *For events booked in December ONLY: 31-8 days prior to the event date – 100% of total estimated charges (including food, beverage, and tax).

No, our venue is fully insured. But we always recommend couples get event insurance to cover themselves in the event they have to cancel or postpone due to unforeseen circumstances.
