Nestled in the historic hills of Chester County lies a secluded rustic farm venue known as Thornbury Farm. Located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, the farm boasts a rich history and charming atmosphere. This rustic chic property is the perfect backdrop for any event including engagement parties, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties and more. Ceremonies of up to 200 are hosted on our large covered pavilion, an elegant space offering an enchanting timber-framed chapel, and breathtaking views of the farm. When you are thinking of an event, party, wedding, baby shower, from large to small, consider Thornbury Farm. On Street Road, in West Chester, PA. This historic farm operates an organic farm market and CSA. The farm is also the site of the Battle of Brandywine. Sept 11,1777. The largest land battle of the American Revolution. See where General Howe fought against General Washington and Marquis De lafayette. Thornbury Farm has huge pastures of the battle field overlooking the 1740’s barn- This barn also houses one of the area’s largest pipe organs from 1889- Currently being restored for events and concerts. Various animals may come over, to say hello. Enjoy the fire by our Bee-Hive oven under the open pergola & patio covered in trumpet vines and twinkle lights, overlooking the organic produce fields.

    Thornbury Farms is a beautiful venue with rich history that is centrally located to 202 and 926. What an incredible space for any party, wedding or other special event! We had our son's graduation party there and were thrilled with the venue and their list of preferred vendor list. We worked closed with Kelly, Thornbury Farm's marketing events coordinator, who was easy to work with and extremely helpful and willing to offer suggestions as needed which allowed us to make some special finishing touches for our son's special day. The facility is very spacious with a completely covered area for the food, tables, and dancing. We were fortunate to have a nice day, so we had lawn games and set up the fire pit area for family and friends to enjoy smores. They have several spacious bathrooms for your guest to use with plenty of parking too. Several of our guests commented on how beautiful Thornbury Farms is. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. It is a hidden gem right here in the middle of Chester County. I look forward to having my daughter's graduation there in a few years!
