The Whittier Event Spaces, LLC operates the historic multi-purpose venue/spaces located off the beautiful Detroit Riverfront in Detroit’s “Gold Coast”. Just minutes away from the heart of Downtown Detroit and steps away from the Historic Indian Village, it holds a rich Detroit/Motor City/Motown History. Our multi-purpose venue has 3 breathtaking spaces that are not only beautiful, but also versatile to meet your every need. The Loggia, The Grand Ballroom and The Winter Garden are ready to help create some of your most unforgettable moments. Ready?

The Winter Garden

Historical Elegance

This beautiful 5,872 sq. ft. space is truly one to remember with its architectural detail. The skylights help showcase the spaces beautiful antique crystal chandeliers and provides unmatched natural light. Stone columns run along both sides of the space, with a stone archway and entryway columns and detailed stone/masonry work throughout that adds a perfect accent to the historical space.
