Inspired by quintessential southern charm and modern opulence, this stunning 3,000 square foot home with floor to ceiling windows, 13-foot ceilings, and modern décor has been transitioned into the perfect wedding and event location. Hosting guests up to 50 indoors and 275 outdoors, this historic estate is for couples envisioning a boutique charming and exquisite space for their perfect day. There are multiple locations on property to host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and sit down dinner. Our property also boasts five luxury bedrooms that are included in the wedding weekend package. With access to the property for the weekend, the possibilities are endless for your dream day. The property is full of charm and warmth. We cannot wait to welcome you!

Silver Package

The Silver Package is designed for the wedding day itself. Begin setting up at 9:00 am and conclude the day at 11:00 pm. It offers the most cost-effective option. Choose to exchange vows in our exquisite foyer or beneath the shade of our magnificent magnolia tree.

    The Presley House is very unique. It’s has been renovated lovely and was perfect for our vow renewal with a hand full of friends. My husband loves bourbon so it wasn’t hard to get him to travel to Kentucky. We flew into CVG and Warsaw is about 40 miles from there. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a unique historic setting.
