Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible. We have ramps to the front and back main entrances as well as a ramp down to the ceremony garden and cocktail hour space.

We have three requirements for renting The Barn. 1. You must have a licensed and insured caterer. You are able to choose whomever you like as long as they are able to provide a certificate of insurance. 2. On top of the rental fee, we require a $500.00 security deposit. This is returned to you within 30 days after your event as long as there are no extra charges. 3. We require you to obtain event insurance. Many times this can be added as a rider on your homeowners or renters insurance. We also have a company that we recommend.

We provide the venue, tables, chairs, and their setup. You have access to the venue from 8am to midnight. Security and a cleaning crew arrive after your event, we just ask that you remove anything that you bring in (decor, linens, etc.) as well as all trash.
