Yes! We would be happy to give you a scheduled walk-through and answer any questions to help you make your decision to book. Once the space is booked our Event Team will be available for additional walk-throughs for you and your vendors.
All bookings require a $500 non refundable deposit to hold your date. We offer payment plans. A $200 refundable security deposit is required. All security deposits are due 30 days prior to your rental period.
We accept cash, money order and all major credit cards.
Yes, a $200 refundable security deposit is required and is refunded within a week following the end of your event.
We have 70+ complimentary parking spaces located on the North side and West side of our building.
Imperial 55 handles all set up and break down of tables and chairs.
It is hard to say, but we always encourage the sooner the better.
Yes, however all candles must be contained in votives and the flame must be 2” below the top of the container. Open flames are not allowed anywhere in the building.
No, we do not have a projector and/or projection screen; however, we do have a 60in 4K UHD Smart TV that allows a simple plug and play way using a jump drive to play any videos or slideshows you may want to showcase for your guests during your event.
Yes! We have 2 elevated stages. You are also more than welcome to rent one.

Your setup time starts at the time of your contracted rental time.
We require everything out of the space at the end of your contracted rental time.
Our preferred caterer is phenomenal, however we do allow outside caterers for cultural reasons. There is no additional charge required.
Yes. We prefer the use of an event/wedding planner or organizer as it will allow for a more successful event, because they are experienced and well equipped for most situations. We will work with your planner on all final details of your event.
It is unlikely, but you can discuss this with the venue manager after booking. In the event that we have storage available, or there is not an event booked that day, we may be able to accommodate you. Imperial 55 is not responsible for items left unattended.
We have portable Bluetooth speakers as well as professional speakers w/ stands that are also Bluetooth compatible and include a wireless microphone. These items can be added on at an additional cost. Any other sound equipment must be provided by a band and/or DJ or other rental company.
All décor must be free standing. We do not allow the use of glitter, confetti, stickers, silly string, rice and bird seeds. Sparklers may only be used outside the facility and must be cleaned up after the event.
Yes, pets are allowed to be part of the ceremony and reception but must be leashed and cleaned up after. Pets are not allowed in areas when food is present.
No, we will never book two events on the same day occurring at the same time. You have exclusive rights to the venue space you contracted during your event.
Yes, we are ADA approved. Parking is close to the venue as well.
We charge 6.5% tax. We do not charge gratuity. We believe our staff is wonderful and will treat you and your guests to an exceptional event, therefore, we let gratuity be up to your discretion.
Cigarette smoking or any other form of smoking (including vape pens) is not allowed inside the Venue or near the front of the building. Smoking is only allowed outside on north side of building near the rear door.
We have a Men’s and Women’s facilities with an extra-large restroom for changing purposes in the women's restroom.
Yes! We do require a one-time event insurance policy. Alcohol may only be brought in by the host of the event and must be served by a licensed bartender. We have bartenders available should you need one.
Absolutely! We have several ways to make this work.
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to change your date and we have the date available, we will be happy to move your date at no additional cost if the change occurs prior to 30 days of your event.
A one-time event insurance policy must be purchased for all events. This policy provides coverage for both the client and the Venue in the case of any alcohol related lawsuits. This policy MUST be returned to the venue manager within (30) days of your event.
Yes, photo shoots are allowed Tuesday-Friday.
All rentals, personal items, and anything else brought in for your event must be removed from the space by the end of your event's contracted time. Any food and other items must be removed and the trash must be taken out. Please leave the venue in the same condition as received in.
