Located in an enchanting woods outside of Battle Creek, Michigan, centrally located between Chicago and Detroit, lies the splendor of Greencrest Manor Estate. The moment you drive through our wrought-iron gates and up our tree-lined drive, you will be transported into a 17th century French countryside château - adorned with cascading ivy, sprawling formal gardens, and an atmosphere that radiates warmth and historical opulence. Our mission is to serve you in a gracious way that makes you feel like family, enveloped by an extraordinary place that is a tranquil escape from the hustle of day to day life. The elegant Manor house is the perfect back drop, as are the manicured grounds and gardens. Guests are easily taken back to a time of opulence and extravagance in the totally private retreat. Formal gardens with fountains and the vast meadows are a photographers dream. Guests are encouraged to wander the interior of the Manor and the gardens during your event.

Set up, clean up, tables, reception chairs, ceremony chairs, linens, month of coordinator, access to axillary buildings. If a single day rental you will have access to 3 guest rooms for you and your bridal party to get dressed in, plus the first floor of the manor. If a full weekend rental, you will have access to all 3 floors of the manor, including 8 guest rooms. Mimosas and light breakfast the morning of the wedding, and a full hot brunch the morning of check out. Ability to host pre-wedding celebrations (rehearsal dinner or welcome party) the night before the event.

Yes, but parking is limited to 50 vehicles. We do require clients to provide shuttle transportation or valet parking for their guests if expecting more than 50 vehicles on property.

All alcohol must be provided and served through Greencrest.

Music and bar service must end at 10:30 pm, with all guest not staying at the manor over night to be off property by 11:00 pm.

Located about 18 minutes away is The Courtyard by Marriott, Home2Suites, and Towneplace Suits. FireKeeper's Casino & Hotel is also nearby, however they do not offer room blocks.

The only vendors we require you to use are catering, and floral and decor. Our catering is done through Millennium Catering and Events out of Kalamazoo, and floral and decor is done through our sister company Modern Day Floral.
