Our space includes four spacious ground-floor rooms: Dining Room, Formal Living Room, center hall, and Lounge. The patio is private and available for dining, ceremony, cocktails or relaxing. Yes, you are required to supply your own alcohol should you choose to serve it. We can supply a bar table, openers and party tubs.

We offer on-site parking for overnight quests of the inn. If you choose a wedding package that includes accommodations then those guests would park onsite. There is public parking available in three locations adjacent to the inn.

Our elopement package includes up to 3 hours use of Georges on York B&B; use of the ground floor rooms and patio (weather permitting) and a make-ready room; wedding coordination; in-house officiants; 6 guests (including the wedding couple)

Our elopement package includes up to 3 hours; Our full wedding packages include up to 5 hours (including the ceremony).

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the cost of the wedding package you choose. You will receive an estimated balance due. Balance is due upon completion of the event. If you cancel your booking you forfeit the deposit. Any guest rooms booked follow our accommodations policies. You may move your date based on availability of the venue.

We do not have peak and off-peak pricing, but our busiest months are May-October

Our first floor is accessible by a few stairs. As a five-room, owner-occupied inn we compliant to ADA requirements.

The nearest airport is Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI), which is about 1 hour by car.
