As the exclusive caterer of Temple Beth Torah of Melville, Gala brings over 40 years of experience in producing unique and memorable celebrations. Gala's owners, Jack Hochman, Gayle Wilk and Robert Wilk understand that you aren't just throwing a party, you are celebrating a major life moment.     We had the absolute best wedding at Temple Beth Torah!! Cannot thank Gayle and Russ enough for helping to make our wedding dreams come true. The space itself is beautiful, and really came together so amazingly. The number one thing we were told from guests was how amazing the food was!! Truly such an incredible experience there. Thank you for everything!!!
