It's perfect for corporate meetings, luncheons, award ceremonies, galas, birthdays/quinceaneras, graduations, wedding receptions, retirement parties, reunions, and holiday celebrations. Peak pricing $3,500-4,500
Off-peak pricing $3,500-4,500
12 hour rental includes time before the event for you & your vendors to decorate & prepare for guest arrival. We require one hour following the end of guest time for departure/load out. Deposit: $250 refundable after event less damages/fees/balance. Security $50/hr/officer for guest time through the end of rental. Events with less than 200 guests & no alcohol require (1) officer. All other events require (2). You pay them at the event.

- White linen & black skirting on (9) 8' tables
- Beautiful window wall with lighting feature
