About this venue

The Venue at Flying Horse Ranch was built as a private vacation home in 2005 before Flying Horse Ranch purchased it and transformed it into an exclusive wedding venue in the middle of 1,400 acres of rolling Colorado landscape. The Venue includes multiple ceremony sites (indoor and outdoor), a luxurious Bridal Suite, en entertaining Groom's Quarters, an elegant Ballroom, a Natural Wood Barn, a Breathtaking patio, and plenty of Landscape for all your photography needs.

December through April is our slowest time of the year. Because we book year-round, there is no price change through the seasons.

You are welcome to bring in something to enjoy for the morning portion when you and your wedding party are getting ready for your big day, but we require you to book Peak Beverage for all bar service needs for the rest of the event.

Yes! We have a fully paved parking lot and handicap parking up close to the Venue.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have ramps into the main spaces and wide doors for wheelchairs.

12 Exclusive Hours at the Venue, the Bridal Suite, the Groom's Quarters, Elegant Ballroom, the Natural Wood Barn, Outdoor Patio, Two Outdoor Ceremony Locations, Outdoor Cocktail Hour space, Outdoor photo locations, parking lot, and gorgeous indoor locations for photos.

You get the Venue for 12 exclusive hours, from noon to midnight (guests exit at 11:00 PM to allow for 1 hour of clean up).

Yes! We require event insurance for all of our events. We have recommended vendors for you to go through.
