Figge Art Museum was originally the Davenport Municipal Art Gallery that was established in 1925. It features a glass building that was designed by architect David Chipperfield. Over the years, the building expanded its collections and offerings to the community. Inside, several settings can suit weddings and other events.

The dining room and bar may also be used for special occasions and can accommodate up to 70 seated attendees. Other event spaces include the John Deere Auditorium at the Figge, the Mary Waterman Gildehaus Community Gallery, and the Nobis Boardroom Suite.
