No. Alcohol must be provided by hotel. However, we will allow 750 ml bottles of wine to be provided by client at a corkage fee of $25 per bottle, plus service charge and tax.
Yes, self-parking is complimentary for guest attending event only. We do not offer in-and-out privileges. Overnight guests are charged $29.00+ per night, per car.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Your reservation includes one hour pre-reception in our Main Pre-Function and five hours inside the ballroom. Any additional time will be billed at $700+ per hour.
We require 50% deposit of your minimum guarantee. If you require a payment plan, we can customize a deposit schedule.
We are located 13 miles away from John Wayne/Santa Ana Airport. Hotel does not have a shuttle service.
All vendors must provide proof of insurance and list the hotel as an additional insurer (COI).
