Pine Hill Events LLC is a full-service special event company planning events for corporate/business, private/social, and non-profit/fundraising. We help manage, organize, plan, and execute events with a personal touch and great attention to detail. Jean Kintisch, owner/founder of Pine Hill Events LLC, has a degree from Cornell University, Department of Communication and has more than thirty years of event planning experience. With a background in professional event fundraising and consumer product public relations, Jean provides her clients friendly, personal service. A Philadelphia native, Jean lives in the western suburbs.

Pine Hill Events does not offer any set package pricing. We are proud to offer as much or as little help as our clients need. Every quote is customized and you only pay for the hours we actually work.

    Jean is one of the most organized people I know, which in turn makes her an excellent event planner. At events where we've worked together, she has always been a team player, helping both her clients AND the professional team have a wonderful day.     Jean was a truly EXCEPTIONAL day-of coordinator! She helped us tremendously in the planning stages at the two month mark, and then in the two weeks leading up to the event. She was locked and loaded to assist with vendors and appeared at any moment you needed her, even when you didn’t know that you did! When the plans changed (as they do at weddings!), she was always ready with a proposal to adjust. The day wouldn’t have been as stress-free and enjoyable if it wasn’t for Jean! Thanks, Jean!

    Working with Jean made my wedding day such a breeze. During our first walk-through, she came prepared with questions I never would have thought of; she's clearly thought of everything. After that first meeting, I felt so much more relaxed knowing we were in good hands. She absolutely killed it the day-of, making sure everyone was in communication and knew exactly what to do. Beyond that, she really got to know us as a couple and made sure she got our vibe right for the day. She has a relaxed energy that makes it feel like everything will be okay. I highly recommend working with Jean, especially if you want a relaxed vibe on your wedding day.
